Why does my water heater pilot keep going out?

A pilot that won't stay lit is usually a worn thermocouple or flame sensor, a dirty pilot assembly or a draft problem. These are common, affordable repairs.

Why is my hot water rusty?

Rusty hot water often means the tank's anode rod is used up and the tank is starting to corrode. Replacing the rod can help if it's caught early; if the tank itself is rusting, replacement is usually the better choice.

Do you repair tankless water heaters?

Is a leaking water heater an emergency?

A leak from a fitting or relief valve can often be repaired. A leak from the tank itself means the tank has failed. Turn off the water supply to the heater and call us.
