Flash Plumbing Inc ("Flash Plumbing", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you submit a form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email, ZIP code, the service you need and any message. When you call or text us, we receive your phone number and the content of the call or message. We also record the page you submitted from and, if you arrived from an ad, standard campaign information such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs (for example gclid or fbclid).

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, give estimates, schedule and complete work, send appointment reminders and follow up about your job. We keep it in our customer management and scheduling systems.

Text messages (SMS)

If you check the SMS consent box on a form, we may text you about your service request, including appointment reminders and job updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business (such as our CRM, scheduling, phone and messaging providers, and our financing partner Wisetack if you choose to apply), or when required by law.

Cookies & analytics

This site uses cookies and similar tools, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) pixels, to measure traffic and advertising performance. We also store ad campaign details in your browser for up to 90 days so we can tell which ads bring in requests. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
