I’ve used Flash twice: once for a major operation to replace some shower pipes and once for a simple kitchen sink clog. In both cases, they were great! Responsive, same day service, and honest assessment of my options. Fast and high quality work.

  • The only plumber we will call

A fair price and a really easy company to work with. I’ve lived in my house for 10 years and have used 3 plumbers. This is the only plumbing company I will work with again.

What's the difference between snaking and hydro jetting?

Snaking (cabling) pushes a rotating cable through the clog to open a path, which works well for simple blockages. Hydro jetting uses high-pressure water to scour the whole pipe wall, removing grease, scale and roots, so it's the better fix for recurring clogs. Many jobs start with a camera to decide which one the line needs.
